  1. Hydrate: Hydrating your body immediately after waking up, helps to boost your energy. Our bodies are made up of 70% water. Keep track of your water intake by setting up a reminder on your phone or sticking a note on your refrigerator.
  2. Work out: Fitness is essential to get your body moving and help circulation of blood. It's tough training especially when your husband is the Fitness Coach and you want to look your best. Be the best version of yourself.
  3. Dress for the day you want: You determine the kind of day you want based on how you feel and look. Since Monday's are typically a busy day, dress in bright colors and step out in cute heels or whatever is your preference. No matter how you feel get up, dress up and show up.
  4. Organize Your Emails: Organize your emails into what is important and what is spam mail. Look for priority emails with instructions for work purposes and flag these. Why? You want to know you are in the know when it comes to your work flow. 
  5. Got goals? Tackle the hardest one's first: Finally, tackle your goals with intention to handle the most challenging ones. Work hard on these especially before you make a errand to do business. Easy goals can be left for last as these can be fun and exciting. The best tip I can share is to always be professional in your approach and make everyday your BEST DAY YET!
